What types of events do you service?
We service all kinds of celebrations! Weddings, engagements, baby showers, backyard parties, corporate events, block parties, birthdays & more!
What areas do you service? Do you travel?
We are based out of Cumming, Georgia and primarily service the North Georgia area. However, we are willing to travel for the right event. Please contact us to discuss details.
Who provides the alcohol?
The "host" of the party is responsible for providing the alcohol as Georgia law prohibits us from purchasing it ourselves. We do however assist you with creating the shopping list based on your event and can arrange the ordering and delivery as well.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, absolutely. All of our bartenders and staff are licensed and we carry both general and liquor liability insurance.
How much do you charge?
This question is difficult to answer as each event is different and there is no "one price fits all". The beauty of hiring Everlasting Event Services is that we provide a one-of-a-kind service. By filling out the contact form and chatting with us about your event, we will be able to work with you to put together a custom proposal.
When is payment due?
We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% is due a month before the event. As a small business, we prefer payments made by cash, check or Venmo, but we do also have the option to pay by credit card via our online invoicing service.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Earlier is always better, but we recommend that you book at least 3-4 months in advance to secure your date and ensure our bartenders' availability. However, if you event is sooner than that, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we have availability.
